Featured Replies

Can anybody tell me if the Beta evo engine stop switch is a normally open or normally closed circuit please?

& if anybody was thinking of fitting one I have spotted this below, note the price.

I hope the links work & I have posted in the correct area?

It is normally open and when the kill switch is pressed or when the lanyard magnetic top comes away from its base that closes the circuit to ground and stops the engine.

bought & fitted in Europe this summer.. randon thought/comments;..... dont entertain other than magnetic type...dont lose your magnet!...mine has paid for itself a few times over now. never thought I'd be into safety devices such as this but it has saved me money..of course like most trials folk I cant believe how such a simple device can be so expensive..I can agree its probably not unrelated to the distribution system. Somebody said to me they were common on jetski's for obvious reasons ...might be worth looking in that direction
