i have some formula brakes/clutch on my gasser, had the bike around 6 month now and cant seem to get them to feel correct or don seem to have a great deal of stop dead power, any advice or opinions would help.

hi , i would bin them Gas Gas have done for 2013

sherco have used hem though, so they must see potential.

I bled the front "formula" brake on my 6 month old sherco. It was amazing the amount of grey gunk that came out. After being flushed through it made my brake feel more positive.

It was a cheep & easy fix.

demmo , that grey gunk is caused by the spring in front of the piston machining the inside of the master cylinder every time you pull the brake lever in.

wonder if it worth pi$$ing about with some different weight fluids? just want to get rid of the spongey feel

My formula are fine on my 2012 and wish that they were continued.

I bleed through about once a month and this has kept them going all year.

Would be very good if it werent for this...............
