November 3, 201213 yr Hi I am looking to get a good pair of trials boots that will last. I always struggle with boots as I am no "midget" and have quite large calves so getting boots that are comfy isn't easy. Does anyone have the same problem? If so brand of boots would you recommend?? Sorry to start another topic about boots!
November 3, 201213 yr The Gaernes are low cut and provide alot of big calve space. They soles dont always last long - but can be replaced.
November 3, 201213 yr Ive got a pair of diadora stone 3 boots and they seem to have alot of room around the calve area, can fit my hand down the front of them where as all my old boots were tight around my calves. Mine have lasted about a year and a half which aint too bad but i ride every weekend atleast once.

November 4, 201213 yr i ride in a nice pair of heels myself. They really lift and showcase the bum don't they If you ride in 6 inch stilleto heels are you an expert then??
November 4, 201213 yr I ride in Alpinestars, very comfy and have lasted me a couple years so far. I ride about 14 events a year and as many practice sessions as the wifey will allow.
