    Slow jet seems too lean. Most people here run a 36 or even a 38 on a 200. I believe the stock jetting is 36/107 from spain. Needle clip = 2nd from bottom.

    I have a 38 idle jet in my 1996 JTR270 with the needle clip where Laser1 recommended and it idles perfectly.

    A while back I found that Dellorto has a great manual for these carbs on their web site along with all parts listed if you do not have a local source.
