parky265 Posted January 27, 2013 Report Share Posted January 27, 2013 I've just watched a copy of this 1950's/60's DVD from Duke Video and it's fantastic. The commentary is by Alan Jeffries and there are many famous faces passing through the sections. It would appear that feet up didn't used to be the idea though as getting through to the end seems more the aim. There is little finess on show and they must have been either boiling or freezing in their WW2 great coats and tweeds. Especially interesting if you live in the area.
