I really enjoy this job, you know! It is like my other two jobs, at work and home, don't pay and all I get is a ration o crap!

There is one thing I really like about this one though------------- I can tell all to F-off!

I'm a bit suprised by design of a few things on the bike. It's not a 70's or 80's bike. Polymer use and choice I'd much more developed since. Iv a backround in industrial design, and the plastics used for something like a petrol tank is amazing to me. I know space is a controling factor in these bikes but it's no reason for lazy problem solving. I rotated the carb but then decided to remove the plastic lever all together and attach a cable to the choke pin. Then ran the cable to the handle bar and put a small lever on the end. Put the tank in the dish washer on a cool wash last night and blew it out after with the compresser. gonna heat dry it now on a low slow bake to see does it pull back to shape but it's nearly ten mm out from lining up ! Don't see it pulling back thatuch Simples.com ;)
