February 12, 201313 yr How do you mean? Do you mean the handlebar switch? On my old Raga gasser it was.... Rain/wet map = softer delivery and reduced throttle feel - good for mud etc. Dry/power map = crisper delivery and better power but it comes way quicker - excellent for sudden power bursts etc.
February 12, 201313 yr Author No on the evo the switch is under the top left plastic and has a 1 or 2 on there just not sure the diffence but you maybe right so thanks anyway
February 12, 201313 yr Position 1 has a softer top end. Position 2 is more aggressive in the top end. The bottom half of the mapping is the same.

Think of a light swtich, when is turned off the bigger part faces the turned off bit so it almost like rejecting it so on the gas gas if the bigger bit faces the 1 side Map 2 is on or the other way round hope it helps
February 13, 201313 yr Try 3rd gear roll on at middle revs and crack the throttle wide. Try it in both modes. One should feel different to the other.
