Beta Tr35 Forks.

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Currently renovating a Beta TR35 basketcase and the upsidedown chrome fork stantions are really pitted. I've realised that they are a small fortune to have them re chromed and i'm looking at alternative secondhand forks for sale.

I've seen a pair of Aprilia 280 Climber( 92-94 ) forks for sale, from the photos they appear to be very similar to the Paolis that are on the Beta.

Basically will these fit the Beta. If not are the Beta Techno forks the same as the TR35?

PS. Read the thread about the scammer on ebay selling the Beta TR 34 parts....thanks.

Thanks.

Dave.

not sure if the trees will work, forks are pretty much the same,

Beta Synt, and Zero front ends will bolt right on..if your going that far...use the rear shock as well, the TR34 shock was a turd.

i found it best to swap the complete front end..wheel, brakes and all.

i was lucky, i had a Synt that i parted out...lots of great parts swap out with the air cooled bikes.

yup, thats were Mike got his forks..and yes, Zero, Gara, Synt, Alp, use the same basic forks..

ALP and Gara didnt have the fork brace, at least my Alp doesnt.
