I have two good prospects for my first restore/mod project. '76Ty175 in excellent condition. Pre '66 Triumph Cub set up for trials with spare frame wheels etc, runs well seems all original

Heart says Cub head says TY.

Any and all thoughts appreciated.

Get the 175 into running condition and take your time restoring the cub which will be harder to do

Agree with Matty,however you look at it the TY will be easier to build and be more forgiving in terms of reliability etc.Cubs are nice to ride,but the motors are fragile and need lots of care esp if you want to ride regularly.
