Evening everyone. Took my clutch out this a.m from my 240 and I would say its knackered. I was hopeing to carry out the beta clutch fix, but whilst there's meat on one side of the carbon pads, the opposite side is worn right down to the plate so I suppose they are finished.

What is the best way to go now? What's the best way to achieve the best clutch? Modern mods? Straight to Bill pye? Or flea bay?
