June 22, 200521 yr 125-175 bash plate Has anyone got any information regarding the mods done to the 125-175 sump guard, would be good to see some pics if anyone has any. Obviously done to protect the engine!
June 22, 200521 yr Added two fabricated 'wings' bolted on. Manufactured from 6mm Aluminium. Had them on for well over a year now, and the have taken some abuse - hate to think what the engine would have taken !!!! Mate has a 175 and has just done the same mod. June 22, 200521 yr Welded was an option, I was looking at the replacement aspect, and converting back to standard (if required). Bolted on works well, I only use 2 X 8mm round head bolts. I wouldn't contemplate a trial (especially a rocky one) without them now cheers John
