After stripping and rebuilding the motor to replace the main bearings i found that I can only select 1st gear, I stripped it again to investigate and while i was confusedly inspecting it all the gears and washers dropped out when the tiewrap that was holding the shafts dropped off..

Firstly does anyone have a pdf service manual that they could send me? and secondly does anyone have a clue as to why I can only select 1st gear??

maybe the shift star wasn´t installed correctly so that it doesn´t put in the gear?

was the shift lever just going up and down freely or did it stuck?

For some reason i didnt get a notifier to let me know you had replied..

i have got the gearbox back together correctly but it still has a shift problem.

It goes up to third as normal but then gets stuck between 3rd and 4th and won't go up or down, then after a while it just clicks back down to 3rd..

When it sticks the gear lever just moves up and down as normal but without successful shift..

And before you say it, yes i am moving the gearbox when i am trying to shift.. haha
