I just need a bit of help - I've added an 80 air cooled mono to the stable - similar to the one pictured below ...except normal 32mm forks and non reservoir rear shock.

I could do with any manuals etc as I need

1- Fork oil capacities

2 - Gearbox oil capacities

An in depth parts diagram would be ideal .....

Has anyone uprated the suspension so it will take a 12 stone adult ????

There are parts diagrams here for the model you have posted a pic of and some newer/older ones too (the 50cc parts diagrams cover the 75/80cc too); http://info.motorsyk...lekataloger.htm they aren't exactly what you want but may be of use.
