January 23, 201412 yr Bizarrely when I contacted Honda uk for a dating letter for my TLR, they supplied the letter (for a fee) which also stated the machine was not for road use! DVLA would not accept this, despite the countless TLR's currently registered, so I scanned in the letter and removed the offending phrase and re-submitted it to DVLA, they were now happy & issued me with an age related plate.
January 23, 201412 yr I think Honda UK charge £25 for a letter dating your bike. All new Monts are sold in the UK as not for use on the road from what I was told, but you can still register them with the DVLA.
January 27, 201412 yr Contact Sandifords, they did mine for £10. As they were the importer then it shouldn't be a problem.
