March 9, 201412 yr I have a 2003 gas gas pro and just wondering if anyone can advise what jetting they run and needle position ? The carb is a dellorto phbl26 I have Main 120 Pilot 33 The clip on the needle is at the lowest point Cheers Chris
March 9, 201412 yr whats wrong with the way it runs ,been that the clip is on the bottom it may need to go a size up on the main but it depends on how it is running not the way other bikes are running
March 10, 201412 yr Author Fair point .. it seems to run perfectly on choke .. Seems to pink when not on choke..
March 10, 201412 yr sounds like it does need to go up on the main if the filter is clean and oiled ,try a 130 with clip in the middle

March 11, 201412 yr Go up on the pilot jet to 35-36 range and put needle clip up a notch. Leave the main jet alone!
