March 20, 201412 yr I have a Clice soft shell jacket which was bought a couple of years ago but since I only ride occasionally (unfortunately due to work commitments) it has probably only been worn and subsequently washed no more than a dozen times. The problem is the zipped parts are not stitched to the coat but heat sealed which has now come apart from the shell in several areas. Has anyone else had this problem if so what did you do to fix it. Since it is more than a year old I have tried contacting Clice directly via their website and have just been ignored. For the price paid I would have thought it should have stood up to a lot more hard work than I have given it. The after sales service from Clice is disgraceful at best and if anyone is thinking of buying this type of jacket from them I would say avoid at all costs.
