hello all,

I am thinking about buying a Beta Evo 125 (2010) for my son. Does anybody have an opinion on these bikes and are there any problems to be aware of?

    Check for stripped threads as many fasteners go into alloy, particularly subframe and sump guard mounts.

    As its only a 125 the engine may have done quite a bit of work / been revved.

    If it does not start easily suspect the stator may be tiring.

    Overall I would say they have few faults and are more reliable than other 125s.
