Does anyone know if the 2003's footrests were a little lower and more rearward than previous models, or was that just a one-off mod. on Dougies bike?.

I'm sure I remember somebody selling aftermarket footrest hangers modded to give that position, any ideas?.

the 2003 has them . i have modified ones also, that i used on earlier bikes, but the dimensions are the same. the only benifit is they are chrome

Chrome don't get you home.

But it may increase your chances of getting a date* in New Jersey on a Saturday night.

also had to ride down from blackwater with one rest, after my chrome one broke on a rock keep the standard ones their stronger
