hi, can anyone tell me when refitting the head on a 349 does it go straight on without any sealent etc, thanks

Assemble the head dry and torque to 24 ft lbs.

If you are using the standard ignition then 0.4mm to 0.5mm plug gap

now les, heads back on, engine is back in bike just needs a couple of things conecting up and fingers crossed ,

can anyone tell me the right amount of gearbox oil i have been told 300ml but i seemed to take more than that out , barry

gearbox 300 ml

primary drive 200 ml

tried the bike last night fired up 3rd kick not bad considering, a bit smokey at first but soon cleared ,am i right in the oil mixture at 20ml to a litre of fuel,( synthetic)
