Cant afford Maxton or Magicals.

Rockshocks or Falcon alloy???? What do you think? anyone tried both types?

Rock shocks for me every time. There a bit like triggers broom, fully rebuild able!

Yes for me the Falcons as I had them custom built by Robin. they are much stiffer at the end of travel than the Rockshocks, allowing a more modern riding style.

Robin at Falcon Shocks is really helpful, and as said will build your shocks how you want them.

Have Rockshocks on my TL250, best Shocks I ever used, Don't like Betors, NJB' are ok for the Price, Falcons good, but leaking....

As it turned out I bought Rockshocks. The Falcons (alloy) and the magicals were about the same price (£300 is), the rockshocks slightly cheaper (and I am a tight a*se northerner).

I like the steel falcons I have on other bike so looking forward to trying the Rockshocks.
