Hi Guys and Girls,

I've been riding on the roads for quite a while now, but have never done much (read: any) off road riding. My father and grandfather were big into their bikes back in the day (my grandfather won the International Six Day Trials back in 1950), and I've always been interested in getting into trials myself.

My old man still has his old (pre '65) bike (BSA B40 (ish)), and I'd love to give it a go. The problem is, I have NO idea how to get into the sport. I don't really want to turn up to a competition after having never ridden off road, so where would I go to practice etc.? I live in Swansea (South Wales) but the bike is kept up in Blaenau Gwent (also South Wales).

Any help would be much appreciated smiley.png
