Rekluse Rear Hand Brake For 2014 Beta Trials Bike

Featured Replies

Has anyone installed a rekluse rear handbrake on a beta trials?

I don't know of anyone using the Rekluse in trials, however over here a fair number of riders use the Clake for trials successfully.

The Dual Clake unit allows you to retain the foot pedal in addition to the hand Clake set up. The Clake dual takes feed from the foot master cylinder directly to the Clake hand control and is therefore compatible with all hydraulic brake set ups.

The Clake has been fitted specifically to Beta Trials models

Thank you for the info. Clakes 2nd clutch/RHBL is $1,000 usd. I don't want to spend that kind of money..

Have you considered getting a bracket made for the swinging arm and fitting a second brake cylinder operated by a left handlebar lever.

The Rekluse master cylinder sleeve fitting the Grimeca cylinder would be the limiting factor.

That would be good option dadof2 . Or change my oem beta master for a ktm or yamaha brake master. But isn't the beta brake master stronger than a yamaha or ktm?
