How can i remove the steering bar clamps from a gg pro 2008 tripple tree? Since the bolds are underneath the bar holder.

Remove the bars then drift out the pivot pin at the back of the clamp

Actually thought about it, but this does not solve my problem.

Do i need to drill out the pins on the side?

Because how am I going to mount them back on again?

I can also just trow them away and mount others I have laying around, but would be a bit of a waste of the good clamps.

You don't need to drill them they're just pushed in you can tap them out with drift of smaller diameter than the pin then tap them back with a small hammer when you refit them

Ok, thanks. Will have a look next time when i am in the garage. They looked a bit like rivets to me, so I thought you couldn't get them out without damage to them.
