Hello,

The loom on my '97 Techno is worse for wear so im trying to strip what i dont need (Lights, Horn...) On the electrical diagram there's a box called the DIP with 9 wires coming out. Does anyone know what it does? Is this to do with lights? Can I dispose of it?

The wiring diagram is on page 12.

Been fiddling about with the wiring today and figured out the the DIP is the Handlebar controls that operate the lights, horn and kill switch. I have cut it off now and am just waiting on a simple kill switch to fit in its place.
