November 16, 201411 yr My 'new to me' SWM TL320 came with a 'fast action' Domina throttle assembly going by the receipt, is there really a noticeable riding difference between fast and slow actions or marketing hype? cheers guys PS I think I need a slow action...I'm white section std
November 16, 201411 yr The initial ramp of the throttle is quite different between the two. Hard to say if on the SWM there would be much difference.
November 16, 201411 yr Quite noticeable on a 300 Beta. Splatshop were doing a very good deal on slow throttle + new domino grips.

November 17, 201411 yr On vintage bikes I use the fast throttle tubes that I've taken off of modern bikes and replaced with slow tubes. On the old bikes the massive flywheels control the rate of acceleration and deceleration, so I don't think the throttle tube makes any difference.
