March 3, 201511 yr I did mine last week by "warming the hand" of a bike mechanic with some money ! Drop off pick up ! It worked for me !!!!!!
March 3, 201511 yr we have to put them in the fridge for a while to cool them down enough (joke - it is very hot here at the moment)
