i require one urgently due to a fool who said he could re-build my engine, i since got my bike back, it starts but doesn't go into gear, nor does the clutch work, i managed to get into gear, but i now can't take it out of gear!!!!!!!!!

Go to http://www.gasgasmotos.es/web/eng/frame.htm and click on the link for trial (top left hand column)then select the bike and year in the right hand drop down box and then look for it at the bottom of the pge. It is a downloadable file in .pdf format.

sorry chap there is no quick answer to that, looks like you got to get the engine out and start agian,engine and gear box on that model are very easy to rebuild.hope you did not pay for that

before you pull the engine out, take off the right side cover and check out the shifter mechanism, and clusth assembly. something was not put back in correctly.
