May 27, 201511 yr I would have a drive about and see if you can find any CCTV cameras that cover the roads through Wilpshire or where the road enters Blackburn. In addition to private property cameras there may be some at filling stations, ANPR or traffic master cameras. Anyone in area with a dashcam that might not have "taped over" yet As you have quite a narrow time frame you might be able to identify some van registrations and have police check them.
