Can someone point me at the correct way to "pump up" the air reservoir on the Marzocchi rear mono suspension on the Series 2 303's.

Also what is the correct pressure for a 15 stone rider?

That`s nitrogen, should be filled to 225-250 lbs. Just going by what other bikes take.

Yes it will be nitrogen filled if you pressurise it with air you will lose all the dampening

I will remove it again and send it off for a refurb and re-gas.
