latest update, so now I've got the slots for the spindles sorted out (the previous owner had welded on narrower ones) I've got a 20 inch tiger cub rear wheel ready for 4 inch tyre, but I need to alter the torsion/ anti rotation bar to get it to fit.

On the fantastic otter site one of the builders mentioned that he bought a 'proper' one. Anyone know of who fabricates/ sells them? also I assume I'll have to drill the old one out.

Why use a 20" dia wheel ? fronts should be 21" rears 18" no decent tyres available for 20"

UPB do the back anchor  plate in stainless,and they are available from Greystone Enterprises  so I am told.
