1995 Gasgas Jtr 250?!?!

Featured Replies

Hi, i'm looking at buying my first bike. Ive found a gasgas jtr 250 for a good price but it is 1995. Has anyone any experience with these bikes? Would it be a good cheap first bike? It says it has a slight engine rattle and gear lever is a little sticky? Anything to worry about? I'd appreciate any feedback! Cheers, Al

Cheers mate, it's around £600 in really good condition. I was planning on riding it till winter then prepared to strip engine etc and do anything required. What you think?

I sold a 94 contact running not the best looking but with no faults for 400

you get what you pay for

id personally spend a extra 3 or 4 hundred get something newer

hassle free

There are a hand full of 1998 txt 250 around for a few hundred more. Would they be a better buy/ easier to maintain? I'm stretching my budget a bit. Thanks for the reply by the way

Have a look also the Beta 200 & 250 Rev 3 bikes either would provide a good introduction to trials, good luck.
