Hi, Dose anyone know what the Big end float should be for a 2003 125cc rev 3 please.

Yes I have replaced the Connecting rod ,but there seems a lot of end float, dose anyone know what the free play should be

dont know about the 125 beta specifically but around .007"-.0010" is normal

I have always done my cranks at 18 thousands. Beta only gives a spec for the two halves total distance. 62 mm: +0.05 to -0.15 mm. I always looked at float being play in the whole shaft. Rod set up was a different manner. That is Beta specs from the manual.
