Hi I have seen people talk about the kick start mod for this bike.

 

can anyone tell me what this is, and photos, or the before and after if available please?

i want to check if mine has had this done, and if not what i should be wary of?

If the kick start is on the right hand side it's had the mod done, on a lot of older Beta's you'll notice it's on the left,

Well hopefully your kidding! All 2 stroke Betas have alwayse and will alwayse be on Leaft side. 4t's are alwayse right side

Some might consider left is the right side

Without the mod, the kick start lever rubs against the frame, so the mod is to fit an longer gear lever shaft, thus moving the lever away from the frame.

I think you can achieve the non rubbing by using the Evo 4t kickstart.

Does anyone know if this confirmed as a fix for this issue ?
