Hi,

 

I'm new to this Trials riding.  Got a Cota 315r and 311 to spruce up a bit and try.

 

The forks on the 311 need refurbished, but I can't find any info about oil capacity anywhere on the web.  I've got new seals to fir, but can anyone tell me the weight and capacity of oil for the USD forks on this 1993 model of Montesa Cota?
