mintsauce Posted October 3, 2005 Share Posted October 3, 2005 I have a 04 280 pro and when the engine is cold there is a whining noise coming from the engine. mintsauce Posted October 7, 2005 Author Share Posted October 7, 2005 I would assume its because when the casing is hot the expansion causes the bit that was rubbing to move away from the flywheel.
