January 26, 201610 yr Hope someone can help ... To disengage clutch I have to pull it all the way to the grip .. I have adjusted the pin , just can't get it to disengage so can disengage a fingers width so can operate clutch with a finger if that makes sense
January 26, 201610 yr Sounds like you need to bleed your clutch or you need a master cylinder rebuild kit. You can also measure the clutch pack, you need to lay the bike on its side and remove the clutch cover. Google Jim Snell Gas Gas USA and you should find a video of how to check your clutch and also bleed the system. Click me http://www.trialspartsusa.com/youtube.html Edited January 26, 201610 yr by jfc
January 26, 201610 yr Yep Jim Snell, redone my clutch following his guidance, best softest clutch in North Queensland. Cheers Taff
