Gear Oil For Fantic Coach

Hi all

Just changed the clutch on my Fantic coach and looking if anyone can recommend which oil to fill up with?  I have read some people use Atf and it's notchy. I just want to use the best oil for the bike and not just put in any old oil i have lying around.

    I used to use ATF in my Fantics but have changed to Silkolene Light Gear oil and it is much better.

    I used silkolene light for years with great result , But about 2 years ago , on the advice of very intelligent friend of mine , I switched over to redline fully synthetic 80w gear oil , Shifts smoother , and has better clutch action now ... But any good gear oil is better than ATF , the owners manual for my 240 states 20w 30w ... Which a lot higher viscosity than any atf ...
