Marzocchi Fork Oil Change?

Featured Replies

I'm told that an oil change on the late model Marzocchi's (mine are 2014) isn't as simple as the Tech forks where you basically just drain and refill.

Is it a case of needing special tools, or... ?

You need to strip them to get all the oil out of the cartridge in the leg. There's step by step instructions on "the Hell Team " website. It relates to late model scorpa sy but the forks are the same. It's not difficult to do once you know how

Be prepared to get wet, real wet. P.S. if after your first ride they start knocking, you get to do it again.

I didn't get wet and if you follow the instructions the forks won't be knocking afterwards. Confidence !
