Great bike, just wondering about better protection on the skid plate. The stock one is kind of thin and is getting beat up a bit. I would be looking for a thicker plate with some sort of back extension to protect the swing arm linkage. 

 

Saw these plates at LewisportUSA. Anyone use these  Costa Special parts? Any other thought on skid plates?

Friend has one and looks nice and performing ok at present.

Saw those online as well...does it have that extension to the back to protect the linkage?

Mitani is longer than std, possibly longer that cts one but not sure without measuring

My Mitani arrived today, can't wait to get it fitted

I have never understood why people make a "stronger" sump guard then drill big holes to weaken it in order to save next to no weight.
