October 17, 20169 yr Looks like a Godden framed bike, maybe painted yellow Definitely an Adult 175 frame, the front downtubes are kinked back towards the barrel (Mini Majesty Youth Frames, had straight downtubes) Tank is right and even has the opaque rear plastic tank cup holder still, as is the oil pump cover and the majesty chainguard Looks right to me, you have a good one
October 17, 20169 yr That is a genuine majesty , have a look on the base gasket area and see if there is a spacer about 5mm thick if so 200 majesty . Well done dont see many original ones anymore .
October 17, 20169 yr Author Well that did surprise me... Any other way of identifying it..any particular parts...frame numbers etc... It is pretty ropey the rain made it look fairly ok Good news is engine is free and smooth with good comp.. Clutch is jammed solid but Ive not looked any further than pulling the lever.. October 18, 20169 yr Definitely a Godden framed Yamaha Majesty 175 or 200 I have one the same. The first ones had modded standard frames then at different times yellow, red and chrome finish. Swing arm appears to be the Majesty made one, these were slightly longer than the modified Yamaha type which were also fitted to many Majesty bikes. Do not know where John Shirt had them chromed but the powder coated ones were finished at a powder coaters on the industrial estate at Leek which has recently closed down. Superb little bike, looks in good enough condition to give an end to end service then go and ride it. Edited October 18, 20169 yr by trialsrfun
October 18, 20169 yr Author Well tonight I looked at the clutch..the lever end was solid...a bit of plus gas and it freed of...it's abit rough but at least it now works.. I also took the carb off and that was a right mess but everything finally cleaned up... Fresh fuel and fluids..etc Half a dozen kicks and it's running sweet as a nut.. A couple of questions The kick start lever will only return half way and is sloppy from this point..I guess the return spring has either come out of its stay or worse broke....it has a very short bungee on it which was obviously put on it to hold it up...so has been like it for some time And also should it have a rear silencer ....it looks like the pipe is kicked in to the tyre ...i have heard that was done sometimes to blast any loose mud off .... And next question... Any idea on model and year on this ... Thanks ks again

Only appears on full version though, not the mobile skin.
