November 11, 200520 yr I'm looking to buy a brand new trials bike (250 or larger) and I was wondering whether anyone had any useful phone numbers/website addresses that offer good finance deals. I'm looking at spending around
November 11, 200520 yr Bank loans are usually cheaper than any finance deal - Northern Rock and Alliance and Leicester regularly come out on top, not really up to date on them, but probably around 6%. If you're really organised you could get a credit card such as a Barclaycard, buy the bike, transfer to a 0% card for maybe 6-9 months, and keep shifting between 0% cards until it's paid off. Around 36 months and you're done. Not many people are that organised, and you need a bit of credit history, so for most people it's a pie in the sky idea! If you do decide to gamble with 0%, watch out for transfer fees, and make sure you sort out your direct debits - you can lose your 0% rate by missing a payment. Go for the bank loan if you have the luxury - careful you don't get it nicked uninsured and pay for three years for your ex-bike.

November 11, 200520 yr Author Thanks for the idea. I've got a bit of bad credit history (those damn repayments) so I would really rather get a shop finance deal. Just really after any useful numbers of shops that you might know of?
November 11, 200520 yr I don't know of anything in your area, our locals will be a hike for you. Best bet is to have a search through Trials and Motocross News for a nearby one. Any of the larger ones I would think will have finance available. Any Londoners on here? What you got down there? Stevens? Click Here Jamsport down Surrey way? Click Here
