October 31, 20169 yr What can be used to temporarily seal the bead while installing new tire on a tubless rear tire. I've seen jitsie sells a Oring foam thing but no dealers seem to carry it. Old
October 31, 20169 yr Lots of air pressure and volume .. Take the valve core out , And try a tie down strap around the tire , along with some soapy water .
November 1, 20169 yr Depends on what brand of tire. Always helps to let it sit a couple of days with either blocks or a tube in it.
November 1, 20169 yr Use a inflated bicycle tube as substitute for the Jitsie foam O ring. Works just a good or better. Inflate it and lube it up, pull it out as the new tire starts to bead.
November 1, 20169 yr Arrived next day in the post, Well worth it.. https://www.inmotiontrials.com/product/tubeless-tyre-fitting-doughnut/
