Can anyone confirm the thread direction (reverse or standard) for me please. The manual doesn't indicate it's left hand thread but before I really give it some effort I'd like to be sure it's a standard thread.

    the puller thread is reverse, but the center nut is standard.

    OK, many thanks. I think the PO must have used a scaffold pole to tighten it last time.
