Fork air bleed screw question?

How often do you open the air bleed screw in the left fork? 
and does the right fork have one ? or i need to open the top cap to vent the pressure.

    I never seen air bleed screws on 4rt forks and there is no mention of them in the workshop manual ???? There is a screw at the top of the left fork but that alters spring preload
