Mines just sat in my kitchen at the moment , if you send it off now do it you get your 2006 acu card/ affiliation number or will they wait till jan and send it then ?

    If you have a photo on your current 'licence' then you don't need to send another.

    The form does need to be signed and stamped by your club.
