On a 16 evo 300 the manual says 550ml of oil. Is this after a full strip down and dry or for regular changes? 

And I've bought putoline light gearbox oil will this be ok. Cheers 

 I usally do 450, seems to be that way for a couple of decades. On my '16 I started with Motul which worked great and gave a large slip zone. Currently back with ATF to get thant instant hit for the ups.

Beta UK recommended Putoline GP10 in the gearbox when I asked them for a '17

I spoke to beta UK they said 500ml on a change and either putoline light or gp10 will be fine. They use both apparently 

rode today for a good few hours after changing the oil. no cold stick at all and now since the change smoother gear changes and easier to find neutral.
