December 7, 200520 yr Having recently returned to trials & throughly enjoying it I'd appreciate some advice. I currently run a 2001 280 txt - I certainly don't deserve a newer bike (based on talent....) but that isn't going to stop me. How do the newer (say 2005/06) pros compare ? Also what about competitors - anyone got views about Sherco,Scorpa,Honda etc etc.? All views welcome and thanks. Jim.
December 8, 200520 yr All the bikes are excellent. Really. find a nearby dealer and support them. In the absence of a nearby dealer, buy a Sherco.
December 8, 200520 yr as said above all the bikes are good but there are some large difference in the ridding style they suit. i'd say that you shouldn't buy a bike until you've tested it compared to the other bikes on the market and it decided it is the best bike for you. i live in good old Yorkshire as well and i think you should get in touch with cobb & jagger motorcycle as they'd sort you out. hope this helps Edited December 8, 200520 yr by north_yorkshire_lad
