Scott type events for clubman / youths

Featured Replies

I would quite like details of a Scott equivalent time observation trial for next year suitable for clubman / youth.

Used to be one not long after the Scott called the Little Bear Trial run by Seaton Delaval at Alwinton, Northumberland.  Not sure they're running it as a T & O trial these days though.

The Ilkley Grand National in March. Its T & O. Its in Yorkshire. Its quite hard. Its NOT the Scott but..... You can still break your bike, you can get lost, you can crash, you can get your bike so stuck you can't get it out so its a bit like the Scott.

Clubmen just do 2 laps instead of 3. Not sure about eligibility for youths though.

Mintex T&O run by Richmond MCC - normally around June time on the same ground as the Scott - 2 laps of 30 sections - about 45 miles total - A and B class riders.

Scott trial but on a smaller scale for the youth riders.

Bolton MCC started a Time & Observation Trial a couple of years ago that has different classes and has been well received. Report and pics from 2016 and 2017
