just tried to put the middle exhaust restrictor back in my

05 4rt (it was out when i bought it) can someone please confirm

where i should be shoving it, i have tried as the manual shows ie.

in the back box but i felt like it need hammering in, and it was

cutting in to the lining of the back box which i didnt

think was right so i have left it for now, can anyone help !!!!!

it slots into the front of the silencer behind the fibre joint sleeve that the front pipe pushes into

munch does it fit snugley or loosely just i dont like fitting

things with a hammer unless its a must.

is it as the manual shows ?

have you taken out the sealing tube? it fits behind that

no hammer required its a honda!

is it like a dark grey fibrous material in the back box

yes pull that out,the restictor goes behind it and is held by it

thanks munch, got the sleeve out with a bit of wiggling and

everything back where it should be.

Did you notice any difference (power wise), with the middle restricter in?

I,thought the bike seemed smoother at the bottom end!

with the back and middle ones in it is smoother and alot quiter.

And less jerky?. Yeahh, Thats what i noticed.
