Montesa 315r coolant overflow leak underload

I have a montesa 315r 2t just rebuilt it new head gasket I have noticed that I get some coolant out the overflow when underload going up hill. (yes the head gasket is on the correct way the rad cap seems good takes a fair bit force to compress the spring) 

Any ideas appreciated

    the rad must be left low on fluid to allow for coolant expansion when hot under load.
